Paix Creations LLC – Terms & Conditions

1. Design Proofs & Approval

  • All designs must be approved by the client before production begins.
  • Approval of proofs is considered final. Once a design is approved, Paix Creations LLC is not responsible for any errors (including spelling, colors, sizes, placement, etc.).
  • Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and delays.

2. Colors & Materials

  • Colors viewed on screens may vary from the final printed output. Paix Creations LLC strives for the closest possible match.
  • Vinyls, inks, and substrates may vary slightly between orders due to material batches and production processes.

3. File Submission & Ownership

  • Client-provided artwork must be high-resolution or vector format (.AI, .EPS, .PDF).
  • Paix Creations LLC is not responsible for printing errors caused by low-quality files submitted by the client.
  • All designs created by Paix Creations LLC remain the property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Turnaround Time

  • Turnaround time begins once the final design is approved and payment/deposit is received.
  • Paix Creations LLC is not responsible for delays caused by client revisions, missing files, or external factors beyond our control.

5. Payments, Overpayments & Deposits

  • Orders under $500 require full payment upfront.
  • Orders of $500 or more (wraps, graphics, and signage) require a 50% deposit.
  • The remaining 50% balance is due on the day the installation date is scheduled.
  • Production will not begin until full payment has been received.
  • No product will enter production or be delivered without required payment.

Late Payments After Installation

  • If the remaining balance is not paid within 5 days after installation is completed, the client will incur an additional $200 late fee.
  • If full payment is not made after this period, Paix Creations LLC reserves the right to remove the completed work and/or pursue legal action at its discretion.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made after proof approval will incur fees for work already completed.
  • Custom products are non-refundable once printed or in production.
  • No refunds will be issued due to client delays, lack of communication, or missed approvals.

7. Installation Terms (If Applicable)

  • Installation appointments must be scheduled in advance.
  • Vehicles or surfaces must be clean, smooth, and free of damage.
  • Paix Creations LLC is not responsible for lifting, bubbling, or adhesion issues caused by dirty, textured, or damaged surfaces.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must verify all details (sizes, quantities, designs, spelling, colors) before approval.
  • Failure to respond within the specified timeframe (typically 48 hours) may cause delays.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Paix Creations LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Liability shall not exceed the total value of the project.

10. Agreement

  • By approving a design, paying a deposit, or signing this document, the client agrees to all terms and conditions listed above.
